  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

  Ship to Labz

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns processing facility to ensure safe arrival and verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
